Please Note: Performing Artist applications for 2017 are no longer accepted. Please check back in October, 2017 to submit applications for the 2018 Festival.
The festival provides professional stage, sound, lighting, and engineering through Eagle Audio. A full backline is provided for all main stage performances. For secondary stages, a PA with monitors is provided.
Summary of Terms: Groups selected to participate at the Deep Ellum Arts Festival must be able to perform a 60 minute set of all original music (no covers permitted). Scheduled entertainers perform without a fee in exchange for the major exposure this free-to-attend festival provides.
The entertainment schedule will be included in a festival media blitz including print, radio, flyer and online advertising. A link to band websites will also be provided from the official festival website.
Groups are welcome to solicit their own outside sponsorship and the festival will provide recognition accordingly (signage, stage announcements). In addition, a merchandise area will be available during the festival for groups to sell their own merchandise and CDs. Groups will keep 100% of the revenue they earn through sponsorship and on-site sales.
Once confirmed, if this booking later conflicts with another opportunity, you may cancel and we will replace your time slot with another wait listed performer.
