Food Vendor Terms and Application: online food vendor application form
*We are no longer accepting applications for 2013 as this year's festival is full. Applications for the 2014 festival will be available starting in July 2013. Please check back with us then.
SUMMARY OF TERMS: If selected to participate as a food vendor concessionaire, a $500 deposit is required to hold your space and menu item(s). This deposit will be held as a minimum against 30% of gross sales at the festival.
All food and beverage items must be sold using festival coupons. Coupons will be sold to the public at $1.00 each in strips of 10 coupons for 10 dollars. After the festival retains its 30% commission, redeemed coupons have a net value to concessionaire of 70 cents each.
Concessionaire has responsibility for reporting and paying sales tax on gross value.
No soft drink or alcohol sales are permitted. Custom beverages may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
