Food Vendor Terms and Application: online food vendor application form
Please Note: Food Vendor applications for 2017 are no longer accepted. Please check back in June, 2017 to submit applications for the 2018 Festival.
SUMMARY OF TERMS: If selected to participate as a food vendor concessionaire, a $500 deposit is required to hold your space and menu item(s). This deposit will be held as a minimum against 30% of gross sales at the festival. Each Food Vendor Concessionaire must agree to the Deep Ellum Restaurants Agreement terms and conditions.
All food and beverage items must be sold using festival coupons. Coupons will be sold to the public at $1.00 each in strips of 10 coupons for 10 dollars. After the festival retains its 30% commission, redeemed coupons have a net value to concessionaire of 70 cents each.
Concessionaire has responsibility for reporting and paying sales tax on gross value.
No soft drink or alcohol sales are permitted. Custom beverages may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
